Image Editor is a freeware image viewer, editor and converter, that offers great functions for viewing, editing, printing, saving, converting. Image Components can edit images: saving most common images file types (*.tif, *.jpg, *.bmp, *.gif, *.png) and convert between them. Thumbnail view of the image multi or single page.

With BarDecoder you can open most common images file types like .tif, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .png. Also with this tool you have the possibility to navigate between the pages, by toolbar or menu click. This program will help you to match the screen image and then to rotate left, right, flip and mirror, zoom in and zoom out.
